Recipe: Toddler-Friendly Banana and Blueberry Mini Muffins

Perfect for tiny hands, these muffins use natural sweetness from bananas and the juicy burst of blueberries. They're ideal for breakfast, or any time your little one needs a nourishing snack. Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups wholewheat flour (or any flour of your choice)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
• ¼ cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 175°C (350°F).

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. This mixture will be the dry base for your muffins.
