Free Standard Shipping:

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $49.95.
• For orders under $49.95, a flat rate of $10 applies.

Express Shipping:

• Currently we do not offer express shipping, however, we are working to change this in the near future.

Dispatch Times:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

International Orders:

• Currently, we ship only within our country. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our shipping destinations.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
